HyperKuhl High Performance Super Coolant reduces the surface tension of coolant, allowing it to make better and more direct contact with metal surfaces inside engine cylinder heads. This effectively allows coolant to absorb more heat from the engine, and drain it to the external environment via the radiator. This results in a net increase in heat transfer, and net reduction in stabilized coolant temperature, as depicted in the graph above. As also depicted in the graph, HyperKuhl provides optimal temperature reduction performance when used in straight water coolant. Temperature reduction of twenty degrees or more can be achieved by using HyperKuhl in straight water coolant. The reduction in cylinder head temperature allows ignition timing to be safely advanced without the threat of detonation, increasing horsepower. It also reduces the octane requirement of fuel, allowing lower octane fuel to be used without the corresponding risk of detonation. Perhaps most importantly, HyperKuhl provides 100% protection from corrosion and electrolysis, even in straight water coolant. It contains the most advanced inhibitor package of any super coolant additive on the market today, and provides complete protection for all metals in a cooling system - particularly aluminum. What differentiates HyperKuhl from other super coolants? HyperKuhl is the only super coolant product that has undergone extensive R&D testing in cooling systems of high performance, long duration driving on the German autobahn, where cars run flat-out for hours at a time. It is also the only super coolant that includes an accompanying coolant flush product, HyperKuhl SuperFlush, that can be used to effectively clean and prime the cooling system before adding the super coolant, thereby maximizing temperature reduction performance. It is ASTM documented to provide 100% corrosion protection in straight water coolant. And it is the only super coolant that contains polymer dispersants that prevent the buildup of efficiency-robbing scales and deposits. Which is better for my application, HyperKuhl or No-Rosion? The answer is simple. If you are experiencing overheating, or have a high performance engine that requires enhanced heat transfer, HyperKuhl is recommended. HyperKuhl also provides additional protection for aluminum. So if you have an aluminum radiator, HyperKuhl is recommended. If you have a copper/brass radiator, No-Rosion is recommended. HyperKuhl contains all the same corrosion protection as No-Rosion. So if you use HyperKuhl, it is not necessary to use both products. HyperKuhl is a two-in-one super coolant and corrosion inhibitor. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: When used in a 50/50 mix, add 1 ounce of HyperKuhl per quart of coolant. When used in straight water coolant, add 1.5 ounces of HyperKuhl per quart of coolant. Because water transfers almost 50% more heat than glycol, best results will be achieved by using as little glycol in coolant as possible. For straight water coolant, reverse osmosis (RO) water is recommended. Most bottled drinking water consists of RO water. Do not use distilled water unless mixed with 50% antifreeze. Add HyperKuhl once per year or 30,000 miles, whichever comes first. After 5th year, drain, clean/prime cooling system with HyperKuhl Flush, and refill. Neglected cooling systems that are heavily contaminated should be flushed with HyperKuhl Flush prior to treatment. |
